📄 End User License Agreement (EULA)

5. GDPR & Data Privacy Compliance

5.1 Data Collection

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paldi Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.

8. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you violate any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software in your possession.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
